Payment and Refund

Anselsoft IT Solutions carries the sole right to change the structure of plans and prices at any point of time without prior intimation. This would be effective for the new deals but the orders placed prior to announcement would be treated. We will start working on your website after finalizing a mutually-agreed proposal and accepting the consideration fee. Payment once made shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Delay in supply of information

The speed of our work will depend upon your Cooperation. Some data and information required by us, in order to complete the work. If there is any delay in providing these materials to us, it will affect progress of your work due to your passive approach. Thus we have the right to extend any previously agreed deadlines.

Amendments

You will have the freedom to make required changes to the design proposal mutually agreed. But, those revisions are not endless and are subject to scrutiny from our expert team. If you make any alteration in the original design specification, you will have to pay the additional amount for this.

E-commerce

We are not accountable for any penalty, tax tariff loss or damage resulting from you or your client’s use of Internet electronic commerce.

Domain Names

The domain name that is purchased will be registered in the Client’s name using the developer’s contact details and address. The client should also be abide by the terms of use set by any third party involved in the service.

Backups of Data

You will be responsible for maintaining your own backups. In any circumstance, we will not be held responsible for the data loss if any arising out of negligent act or omission by you.

Search Engines

We do not believe in Black Hat SEO. Hence we do not guarantee first page ranking in all major search engine results. But, since we have experience of SEO, ranking is something that will be guaranteed to you.

Licensing

After your website is ready, you will have the valid license and sponsorship. You will be able to obtain its all benefits in future.

Cross Browser Compatibility

We do our best to ensure that the websites created by us are compatible with all the modern web browsers. But user may not necessarily have the same level of support for all the browsers. Illegal Activities: Broadcasting, storage transfer of any information in violation of any relevant law or guideline is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to assist with legal authorities during investigation of any alleged crime.

Logo and services marks put on this website for viewing are completely owned by Anselsoft IT Solutions and any personal or commercial use of the same is strictly prohibited without the written permission.
